NDU POSTGRADUATE – ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS.

1) Postgraduate Diploma (PGD)

The criteria for admission to the NDU Postgraduate (PGD) programs are as follows:

All candidates must meet the enrollment requirements, including an English-language credit and mathematics at the O’level.

A candidate with at least third grade in the relevant area from a recognized university.
HND holders with a minimum of a credit-level pass from recognized institutions.
2) Master of Arts (M.A), Master of Science (M.Sc) and Master of Engineering (M.Eng)

The criteria for admission to the above programs are as follows:

All candidates must meet the enrollment requirements, including an English-language credit and mathematics at the O’level.

Candidates with at least second class honor Lower Division Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
Candidates with a PGD at the credit level.
3) Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)

All candidates must: a. Fulfillment of the matriculation requirements including a credit passport in English and mathematics at the 0’level.

Have a Bachelor (Hons) degree from a recognized university with a minimum of second class honors (lower division) in the relevant discipline.

Possession Masters Degree with a CGPA of at least 3.50 / 4.00 on a 5.00 points scale / 60%.

DURATION OF THE NDU POSTGRADUATE PROGRAM

Postgraduate Diploma (PGD) Program

Full-time PGD runs for at least two semesters and a maximum of four semesters.

Part-time PGD runs for at least four semesters and a maximum of six semesters.

Master programs.

The Master programs run for at least four semesters and a maximum of six semesters.
Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.)

The duration for the doctor of philosophy is at least six semesters and a maximum of ten semesters.
